- Minimum of 23 years old
- Class A CDL
- Must have at least 12 months driving expeirence.
- Minimum of 1 year otr van or reefer all seasons
- Maximum of 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- No major moving violation in past 12 months
- No felony convictions
- No dot reportable/recordable accidents in past 3 years
