Owner Operator Truck Driving Jobs - Lease Purchase Programs
Arnold Transportation- No required age on tractor. All permits and plates are paid. The pay scale for each regions is different please click on the link for more information.
Celadon Trucking- Celadon is a dry van carrier that offers an outstanding lease program. The average weekly pay for solo drivers is $2,349, for teams is $4,050 (split). The solo owner operator drivers average 2,200-3,400 miles weekly.
Heartland Express- Heartland has raised the pay scale! Owner operators pay is $0.92 cpm (loaded and empty) or $0.96 cpm with the green miles pay. Owner operators tractors can not be any older than 8 years.
Lisa Motor Lines- Lisa Motor Lines requires their owner operators to have late model tractors. Lisa's pay scale varies for carcass, refrigerated, and non-refrigerated goods. They have no forced dispatch and loading/unloading reimbursement.
Roadrunner Dawes- Roadrunner dawes is strictly an owner operator carrier. Roadrunner Dawes pays practical miles, $1.15-$1.75 cpm plus fuel surcharge. They have no forced dispatch and offer trip advances.
Shaffer Trucking- Shaffer is a division of Crete Carrier. Although Shaffer has two different pay packages for owner operators they do pay practical mileage pay. Shaffer also offers orientations pay for their owner operator drivers of $32 per day.
